The Cabreese Burger

Serves 4 Makes 4 – 1/2Lb Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 2 Lbs Ground chuck
  • 2 Tomatoes sliced about ¼ inch thick
  • 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 TBSP dried basil
  • 1/2 Cup bread crumbs Italian or plain
  • 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix meat, bread crumbs together in a bowl
  2. Place 5 ounce of meat mixture in Stufz and shape.
  3. Add tomatoes to the cavity amount to your liking
  4. Add cheese to cavity amount to your liking.
  5. Add a couple pinches of basil on top of the tomato and cheese.
  6. Drizzle on a little balsamic vinegar into cavity.
  7. Seal and remove burger.
  8. Cook covered 2-3 minutes on each side or until done. on grill / oven or stove top
